ACCIONA 100% Ecopowered Finishes The Dakar Rally, First All-Electric Vehicle To Do So

The ACCIONA 100% EcoPowered has completed this year’s Dakar Rally, making good on its third effort to do so and becoming the first zero-emissions vehicle to do so.

The achievement is particularly notable since this year’s 39th Dakar Rally was reportedly one of the toughest to date, owing to extreme weather. The route even apparently had to be rerouted as a result of the Río Grande bursting its banks.
